Unheard to unstoppable- this is my why.
Welcome!
Jenny Allen-Price is an educator, author, and advocate dedicated to creating systems that empower students with real responsibility, meaningful work, and opportunities to thrive.
She holds a Master's degree in Special Education with an emphasis in transition and centers her work on student-centered transition practices, school-based enterprises, and inclusive leadership that bridges classrooms, communities, and employment.
Jenny is the founder of Next Step Coffee Co., a nonprofit dedicated to empowering transition-age youth through real-world job experiences, and the creator of Dragon Brew, a school-based enterprise designed to build confidence, accountability, and self-advocacy through meaningful work.
Her approach blends lived experience navigating neurodivergence with research-informed, trauma-aware, and strengths-based practices. Rather than focusing on limitations, her work emphasizes capacity, dignity, and sustainability—designing environments where students are supported without being underestimated.
Through writing, speaking, and community collaboration, Jenny is committed to amplifying voices that are often overlooked and building pathways that allow students to move forward with confidence and purpose.

Her Mission
Jenny is dedicated to empowering youth—especially neurodivergent students—through real-world transition programs and community-based opportunities. Rooted in her own lived experience of growing up unheard and undiagnosed, she now creates spaces where students can develop job skills, confidence, self-advocacy, and a clear sense of identity.
As the creator of Dragon Brew and founder of Next Step Coffee Co., Jenny blends experience-based transition practices with compassion, creativity, and high expectations. Her mission is straightforward: to ensure the value of every student's voice, even before they reach adulthood.

Her Impact
Through her work as an educator, author, and advocate, Jenny has supported countless students, families, and educators. Her unique combination of neurodivergent lived experience and professional expertise allows her to connect with individuals who have felt misunderstood or underestimated.
She champions the belief that late bloomers are still bloomers—and that unheard voices deserve platforms, community, and opportunities to lead. Jenny's programs and speaking engagements help others rewrite their narratives and step into their power.
"Jenny's ability to empower students is unmatched. She builds confidence, skills, and community in ways that change lives. Her programs help students discover who they are and who they can become."
