I created Dragon Brew and The Brew Model™ after seeing how many transition programs struggled to move beyond compliance and into meaningful student ownership.

What began as a student-run enterprise inside a rural Oklahoma school became a framework for helping students build confidence, responsibility, workplace readiness, and real-world skills through authentic experiences.

Today, I work with educators, administrators, and transition teams to help schools create sustainable systems that lead to measurable student outcomes while preserving dignity, leadership, and opportunity for students.
