Welcome—I'm Jenny Allen-Price
I grew up unheard and underestimated. Today, I'm a transition educator, speaker, and nonprofit founder dedicated to helping young people develop the confidence and skills they need to move forward.
I recently earned my master's degree in Special Education, and my work blends research-informed practice with real-world transition programs like Dragon Brew and Next Step Coffee Co.
This site brings together my story, my mission, and the work that fuels me.
From Classroom to Real-World Impact
I help schools build student-run, work-based learning programs that lead to real outcomes. Through speaking and training, I share practical systems that move beyond compliance and into meaningful transition success.
Creator of Dragon Brew, a student-run enterprise model growing from 8 to 22+ students and now expanding across districts. My work focuses on helping educators implement scalable, evidence-based transition programs—especially in rural communities.
When students are trusted with real responsibility, they rise—not despite who they are, but because of it.
Next Step Coffee Co- Empowering Young Voices Through Community
Next Step Coffee Co. is a student-centered nonprofit that builds job readiness, confidence, real-world employment experience, and community connection.

Speaking & Training that Leads to Real Outcomes
I work with educators, administrators, and community partners to build student-centered, work-based learning systems that move beyond compliance and into meaningful results.
Through models like Dragon Brew, I share practical strategies for creating programs where students develop confidence, independence, and real-world skills that translate beyond the classroom.
